Additional tuition relief
Additional tuition relief is available through our Financial Assistance Scholarship and our work-study program.
The Financial Assistance Scholarship is a need-based program that awards scholarships at the discretion of the administration for a limited period based on eligibility. Applications are reviewed semi-annually in April, July, and November. Learn more and apply for the Financial Assistance Scholarship here.
The Work-Study Program was created to support artists who demonstrate both financial need and artistic merit. Applications are accepted year-round and awarded on a limited basis. Participants work six hours per week at the League in exchange for a scholarship that covers the monthly tuition for one painting or drawing class during the year (September through May or June through August). Recipients are responsible for any remaining class balance and all other applicable fees at the time of monthly registration. Work-study scholarships are assigned by the Work-Study Coordinator. To be considered for the Work-Study Program, please email Astrid Rodriguez, at astrid@artstudentsleague.org with a brief statement of interest, your current artistic focus, and details about your financial need.
