Bring your sketchbooks to draw from a live model and practice the principles of fashion illustration. Genderqueer model Isaiah B will strike short poses in several fabulous outfits. Fashion Illustration instructor Chuck Nitzberg will be present to offer tips focused on fashion proportion, line, and shape.
This free sketch event—a spirited take on a traditional atelier-style art class—is open to new and experienced artists who wish to practice drawing from the fashionable figure. Prizes will be awarded for the most fierce drawings.
